How it works

Submissions are by email only at this stage. Send whatever level of detail you have — scenario sequence, approaches flown, failures injected, standout tips. There is no minimum length.

Every submission is reviewed by the Vol8Hub team, edited to the inventory schema, and published to the archive. Your submission will be tagged Unverified until a second pilot confirms the same session. Your email address is never published.

🔒 Anonymous by default. Your name will not appear on the site unless you explicitly request named credit in your email. Your email address is never published or shared.

What happens after you send

  1. 1 Reviewed personally. Every submission is read by the Vol8Hub team. Usually within a few days.
  2. 2 Edited to inventory schema. Formatted consistently with existing entries. Your content is not changed — only structured.
  3. 3 Published to the archive tagged Unverified. Subscribers are notified via the newsletter. Your email address is never included.
  4. 4 Verification over time. When a second pilot confirms the same session, the Unverified tag is removed.
